Sultan ul Arifeen Hazrat Syed Rakhyal Shah Sufi Al Qadri was a highly revered Islamic scholar and Sufi saint of Balochistan, belonging to the Qadri Sufi order. Born on 17 Rabi al-Awwal 1262 Hijri (approximately 1846 CE) in the spiritually rich village of Fateh Pur Sharif, situated in Tehsil Gandawah, District Jhal Magsi, Balochistan, he grew to become a beacon of Islamic knowledge, divine love, and spiritual guidance in the region. Throughout his life, Hazrat Rakhyal Shah devoted himself to the path of Sufism, practicing and teaching the principles of the Qadri order — an order known for its emphasis on self-purification, remembrance of Allah, and unconditional love for all of creation. His teachings attracted followers from all over Balochistan and beyond, who were drawn by his wisdom, humility, and spiritual presence.

Hazrat Syed Rakhyal Shah Sufi Al Qadri passed away on the 27th of Dhul-Hijjah 1364 Hijri, which corresponds to approximately November 1945 CE. His passing marked the end of an era of spiritual enlightenment in Balochistan, but his legacy lives on through his teachings, his disciples, and the sacred site of his resting place. He was laid to rest in his hometown of Fateh Pur Sharif, the very place where he was born and spent most of his life spreading the message of divine love and Islamic spirituality. His shrine was later built at this location, and it has become a center of devotion and pilgrimage for his followers and lovers of Sufism.

The shrine of Hazrat Rakhyal Shah Sufi Al Qadri was constructed by his devoted followers and spiritual successors, with the support and blessings of local spiritual families and the community.
