The FLIP CITY IS MADNESS collaboration gathers a group of talented illustrators and throws a topic out for them to draw on. The current quarterly theme is MIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL- the reflection is of the true essence of a celebrity. This week marks the end of the theme and all collaborators are competing for a quarter page ad run in FLIP CITY Vol 25!
