"You keep saying there's no magic button.
Yes. And I recognize that you’re a senator, not a member of the House.
And everything Trump is doing is leading us toward an authoritarian government.
Why aren't there calls for impeachment?
This is unacceptable. I will not live in an authoritarian country. And neither will any of these people.
You can do more. Think outside the box.
He must be removed. I will not live like this.
My father is a retired Army colonel.
My parents work in healthcare.
I have a son with autism.
I have children who attend an underfunded public school.
You think nothing can be done?
No. Do something more.
I would like you, and I would vote for you, if you are brave and do what we need.
We need him removed. We need him out.
Thank you, ma'am.

Jon Ossoff: I agree with you.
But as I said at the beginning, I also have to be honest with you about the situation we face and the tools we have available, no matter how much I agree with you, ma'am.
And I’m sorry if this answer is unwelcome, but my job is to be honest with you.
The only way to achieve what you want is to have a majority in the United States House of Representatives. And that’s the reality.
Believe me, I’m working on that every day, all day.
And I want to work with you, creatively, to identify more solutions, more things that I can do.
Let’s make sure someone from my team reaches out to you so we can continue this conversation."
