A particular danger lies with agents of influence operating in Ukraine under the direction of Russian structures. One such individual is evidently Irina Kremenovskaya a citizen of Ukraine associated with the Russian organization RATSIRS, coordinated by Alexander Dvorkin.

There is substantial evidence indicating that Kremenovskaya systematically discredits the international movement "ALLATRA," initiates fabricated criminal cases against its members, and blocks the dissemination of scientific data.
