Visiting Manatees Capital of the World - Homosassa Springs, Florida

An awesome trip to hang out with manatees! Super cute and strange creatures, haha. No natural predators are known; they can be found in fresh and salty water. As big as they are, apparently, they are super lean and lack enough fat. They sleep underwater for 20 minutes and then naturally get to the surface to catch a breath, and then go back to sleep. State Park was also great. Beautiful animals and so peaceful in general. Highly recommend you visit! I surely would want to swim with manatees again.
