Expressive journalling, expressive writing, journalling, or, Journalspeak(as Nicole Sachs calls it), are different names for the same exercise: reducing emotional baggage in order to overcome health symptoms. I journal as often as possible. Ideally, I'd do it daily or several times a week. However things don't always go that way. I'm discussing journalling, why I need to do it, how I do it, and more.
