Michelle Obama speaks on her podcast how hard it is to know how hard other people have it. Taraji P. Henson agrees with this sentiment. Black women are not given the permission to speak about their pain because no one asked them. Michelle Obama wants to stay connected to black culture, so she plays a role to give the appearance that she knows the things normal people go through. Michelle Obama is part of the 1%, she is more then disconnected from average people and their struggles.
