Join me for a trauma-informed heart opening yoga flow. This practice is open to all levels and designed to help you release tension in your chest and shoulders at a pace that feels comfortable to you. All cues are only suggestions, listen to what feels good in your body. I encourage you to complete this practice in a space where you feel safe and comfortable.
