Pakistani social media is filled with "accidentally captured" footage of a massive military deployment towards the line of contact in Kashmir.

It is possible that some of the personnel are being deliberately leaked in order to demonstrate Islamabad’s readiness for a military confrontation.

At the same time, a number of sources claim that India has issued a classified directive to hospitals in Kashmir, demanding that they prepare for a large influx of wounded. And this is a very alarming sign, although it is largely offset by serious doubts about the veracity of the information itself.
