Post-Conditioning Back Workout

I began as usual with Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Horizontal Rows. Today I milked some extra volume out of these doing 10x sets a bit heavier and in the 7+ rep range

Next, I did 5x sets of Wide-Grip Cable Lat Pulldowns. I had intended to do something Cambered Fat-Bar Strict Pull-ups but every rack was taken up. Short on time and a cable assembly free, it was a quick, easy adjust fire since Pulldowns are 2nd on my vertical pull candidacy list

Not quite a, “Small Workout” since there were 10x sets of rows! 15x total sets, 2 exercises
