#438 | A Friday Night Rundown! | The Political Spotlight

In this special Friday Night episode, Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey gives a rundown on the day's events. Those events were:

The change of plea hearing in the criminal case of: "The State of Indiana (Randolph County) v Joshua J. Kimbrell." Kimbrell is charged with six felonies, which include:

- four counts of Child Molestation (one level 1 felony & three level 4 felonies)...

- one count of Sexual Battery (a level 6 felony)...

- and one count of Performing Sexual Conduct in the Presence of a Minor (a level 6 felony)...

Kimbrell pleaded guilty while under oath in court. The Judge will sentence Kimbrell on June 5, 2025. Bilbrey provided some background information and offered additional details about the situation as a whole.

Bilbrey then breaks the news to the audience and all citizens of Randolph County, that as of Monday, April 28, 2025, Superior Court Judge Dale Arnett will be stepping down to take a "leave of absence" and while he is gone, former Delaware County Circuit Court #2 Judge Kim Dowling will fill in for him. This is VERY BAD NEWS for the citizens of Randolph County and the State of Indiana as a whole.

Next, Bilbrey informs the audience about a record request he filed with the Henry County Government regarding the pursuit in which Sheriff John Sproles and Corporal Gregg Yuknavage were involved on Monday, April 14, 2025. The information Bilbrey requested will provide a wealth of valuable data that should help clarify what did and did not happen before, during, and after the pursuit.

Lastly, Bilbrey details a bit of a back-and-forth "Record Request - Cat Fight" between producer Kate and Amber Greene, the City of Muncie Communications Director. It is a story you WILL NOT want to miss!
