Summation of Tina Peters "Statement of Interest" Hearing Case:
1. View this case as a win. As the Federal Judge would not STRIKE US Gov statement of interest.
2. This was not ruled on today but given a week for US Gov to file a supplemental statement.
3. This statement will be used for the Judge to consider if there was a basis for making this a Federal Case.
4. Tina Peters was acting in her capacity as a Federal Officer protecting Federal Vote Materials.
5. Formal Filing submission needed because to date, no such precise argument was before him to consider.
Conclusion:
Even if the Judge decides against that argument it can then quickly go to the 10th Circuit and ultimately the Supreme Court. On an expedited basis if necessary. Which it will.

These issue are leading to the EO that will be forthcoming later in the Summer. That will effect the STATES that have corrupted the process of Voter Fraud Disinformation and collusion with Agencies including Act Blue, USAid and Federal funds going into other STATES to control the Elections.
This can not be tolerated.
