Fresno, CA - The third suspect involved in a home invasion robbery in Fresno that left several officers injured and an officer shooting at another suspect was arrested on Thursday, according to the Fresno Police Department.

Police say the third suspect was identified as 28-year-old Aaron Guery.

On Jan. 26, police say at around 7:20 a.m. there was a home invasion robbery while the person living there was at home.

According to police, three suspects with masks, and at least one wearing a ballistic vest, identified themselves as “Police!” before entering the apartment unit in the 4800 block of North Becker Avenue.

Police say a large safe was taken, and the suspects were able to move outside.

Two of the suspects, previously identified as 37-year-old Amicho Mancia and 43-year-old Antwoine Mancia, abandoned the safe as officers began arriving. The other two suspects fled in a vehicle, while Guery fled on foot.

As the brothers were fleeing, police say the driver of the vehicle was struck by an officer’s gunfire. Both Amicho and Antwoine were both taken into custody and have been charged. After Amicho and Antwoine were arrested, the Fresno Police Department was still looking for Guery.

Guery was arrested on Wednesday by the Fresno Police Department’s Street Violence Bureau’s Tactical Team. He was booked at the Fresno County Jail on suspicion of home invasion robbery and a weapons violation.
