Instapot jam in 2 ingredients

Blueberry jam
3 lbs blueberries
Find ‘Divided sunset’ beef gelatin powder at Walmart. Add 5 Tbsp. Sprinkle evenly or it will sink to the bottom and stick
Use 2 Tbsp or so of water to clean the bag and add the water
Sprinkle gelatin powder or it will stick to the bottom
Sprinkle of salt (1tsp?)
Pressure cook 1 min.
DO NOT RELEASE! NATURAL RELEASE

Blend with a stick/immersion blender. Don’t let it splatter! Blend submerged a while at end to get air bubbles out
Ref all day
Turns out diff every time
