Bullying in Corporate: it's inevitable and it won't stop. Leave it behind!

Bullying has become worse all around us, displaying a fallen world that is rapidly decaying morally and spiritually, where people desperately need a savior in the midst of corrupted values, dishonesty and vicious narcissism. Our only savior is Jesus Christ.

The corporate environment, in special, is not only built upon ranks of bullies, it's also a convenient place where they thrive and recruit. Whatever you're going through, remember: It's just a job!! Once you understand why, you realize it won't change. How should you respond? Is it possible to escape it?

Unfortunately, it's inevitable to suffer bullying and the hurt that comes with it! But we can learn to identify the behavior patterns, recognize and acknowledge the deep damage it causes in us and in others, and avoid dwelling in unfruitful coping mechanisms. In these situations and times of persecution, injustice and sorrow, we must look for the only true relief and hope found under the divine power and protection of the Almighty God.
