Medically Induced Coma
Alijah Arenas, an 18-year-old five-star recruit for the USC Trojans and son of former NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas, is in a medically induced coma following a serious car crash in Los Angeles. The incident occurred early Thursday morning when his Tesla Cybertruck collided with a tree and fire hydrant, resulting in a fire. Arenas was found outside the vehicle and transported to the hospital in serious condition. Initial tests show no broken bones, but he remains under medical supervision due to smoke inhalation. The basketball community is rallying in support, with USC Coach Eric Musselman and others expressing their thoughts and prayers for Arenas' recovery.
