Car blast kills senior Russian military officer near Moscow

A senior Russian military officer was killed when a car exploded on Friday (April 25) in the town of Balashikha just east of Moscow, Russia's Investigative Committee said, on the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump's envoy Steve Witkoff met at the Kremlin.
