Yummy Chocolate Popsicles

1 package (41/2 oz) instant chocolate fudge pudding and pir filling mix
2 TBSP sugar
3 Cups milk
Pour milk into a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and pudding mix. Beat 3 minutes on low with an electric mixer, or 5 minutes by hand. Pour into paper cups (3 or 4 oz size) or sectioned ice cubes trays. Put in freezer. When partially frozen place wooden popsicle sticks in center of each. Freeze until solid. (this recipe can also be made with any other instant pudding and pie filling mix). Makes 8 (3oz) bars or 32 ice cubes size popsicles.
