Minecraft 1.18.2 | Hardcore | World 6 | No-F3 | RSG | UA System Module Fabpack

This started out looking like a really nice spawn, and I felt I was making some nice progress.

Unfortunately, some mobs had other ideas.

I probably should have taken the hint when a creeper gave me a wakeup call and chipped me into the nearby pond, with half a heart.

His short game was terrible - he missed the bunker, grabbed the water hazard, and was short of the fairway.

I should have taken the hint again once a baby zombie broke into the base through an open block in the farm level and left me with half a heart. Again.

At some point you have to stop hiding from the mobs. So, with a brave face and brand new shield, I set out to take down a skeleton mocking me from the trees. I vaguely recall something about there always being a second skeleton… But, since I’m not in a cave, it shouldn’t matter.

Until it does, and it’s busy shooting me in the back. And I wasn't at as full a health as I'd hoped.

Oh well. We keep progressing.
