Boulder Police Patrol Officer Rick French stood outside the doorway of 755 Fifteenth Street. It was 5:56am. A woman in her late thirties opened the door, dressed in a red sweater and black slacks. Once she began to explain that her six year old daughter JonBenét Ramsey was missing, Officer French would have known precisely who he was talking to.
