Pulled Pork Recipe
Cook 1.5kg pork back fillet with crushed sea salt and black peppercorns along with garlic and wild chives (u can use ordinary chives). Cook slow in a slow cooker all day! Check after 9 hours if it is tender (IT SHOULD DEF BE!) then remove and drain briefly, shallow fry on all sides, pull apart with forks and serve with your favorite vegetables!
