Becoming Superman Ep.45 Leg Day

Just wrapped up an intense leg day, and wow—I am definitely repeating this workout! 💪🔥 This session was all about maximizing the pump, and I hit everything: quad extensions, hamstring curls, abductor/adductor machines, and finished off with some solid leg presses to really push those quads to the limit.

I experimented with my seat position on the leg press, and let me tell you—it felt amazing. Might tweak it even further next time with a foam block for that extra stretch. My lighting struggles continue, but hey, we work with what we’ve got!

Skipped filming my ab workout since I was supersetting like crazy, but I cranked out leg raises, floor crunches, and hit the ab crunch machine for some drop sets. Solid finisher to a killer session.

Tomorrow is shoulder day—time to hit those side laterals, upright rows, and dumbbell presses. Let’s keep this momentum going!
