Snow turns into rain Thursday

Generally a trace to an inch of snow is expected by Thursday morning when the snow will start to mix with a bit of light drizzle before tapering off by midday as temperatures climb above the freezing mark into the mid-30s thanks to a southerly wind.  Thursday evening commute will be much better than the morning commute, which may have a few slick spots.
