Flipping

As semi-active journalists, we don't jump to conclusions; we observe patterns.
Over the last 9+ months of house hunting, we've told #realtors of homes on the market for months we'd like to see, just to see them miraculously "pending" the next morning. We've actually had realtors brag to us that they #flip homes.
#Flipping was seemingly very illegal in 2000 but one wouldn't know it from watching HGTV today.
