"Hi, can I tell you the worst thing I've ever done?"

The church and ministries across the world lack one vital skill: confession. I don't mean the "Forgive me father for I have sinned" in a dark box type of confession. I mean biblical confession from one brother to another bringing into the light things buried deep in our hearts and minds. This is how healing is brought about!

We went up to random people and asked: "Can I share with you the worst thing I've ever done?" Interestingly, nobody turned us down at this request. We probably shared with 16-18 people. After we shared, we asked "So what did you think hearing all that?" The responses were super positive and encouraging. This is remarkable b/c we shared some doozies! We then asked "Do you think less of me or more of me now knowing these things?" 100% said they thought better of us b/c we were bettering ourselves and bold enough to share. This was an exercise to show guys that people will always have more respect, not less, when you confess sin.

Adopt my motto: I've never confessed sin and regretted it.

If you'd like to help us train more ministers and get the Gospel to more people, consider a tax deductible gift by going to give.cru.org/0653617. Put in the memo line "more vids!" and I'll know how you found us! Thank you!
