This bread, made with barley and egg whites, is full of protein and low in calories. It is prepared without an oven, simply in a small pan, and its taste is exceptional. Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons barley flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth batter.
2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it if necessary.
3. Pour the batter into the pan, shaping it into a round or desired shape.
4. Cook on low heat until one side is golden, then flip it and cook the other side.
5. Once both sides are cooked and it’s firm, your bread is ready to enjoy!
