Will the PREP Act finally be repealed?

There are currently multiple cases around the country that are chipping away at the totalitarian and unjust PREP Act. As Mary Holland points out, “There are now more concerted efforts to repeal the PREP Act,” so we very well may see significant progress on its undoing.
