One Pan Breakfast Wrap 🌯

Ingredients
- Mission Carb Balance wrap
- Large eggs
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- ½ tsp Organic Adobo Loisa seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Avocado oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. Whisk eggs with Adobo Loisa, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté spinach and tomatoes with a pinch of salt until spinach wilts (1-2 mins).

3. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Let cook until edges set (2 mins), gently pushing cooked portions toward center.

4. When the eggs are 80% cooked, place the wrap directly on top of the egg mixture. Press gently to adhere.

5. Carefully flip the entire mixture using a large spatula. Sprinkle cheese and green onions over the wrap.

6. Cook 1-2 minutes until the wrap crisps slightly. Fold in sides to form a wrap shape. Cook 30 seconds per side to seal.
