Doctors ignoring obesity

It's a point I stand by: if a 400lb patient isn't having a serious conversation about their weight with their GP, that's a disservice. Our oath compels us to address health risks directly; ignoring a condition with such clear consequences is, in my view, a failure of that duty. We can't shy away from crucial discussions. 🤔👩‍⚕️
