U.S. trade war puts China's tilapia capital on ice

In the southern Chinese city of Maoming, tilapia isn't just a budget-friendly dinner, but a profession, income and way of life for thousands. That all has all been put at risk by the trade war between the U.S. and China, with some farmers now saying they're struggling to make ends meet. Gabe Singer reports.
