Destany Scott, 20, is heard saying "Now what" as the child begged "stop, stop."

Police say Scott used a "metal portion of the slide" during the attack

Scott allegedly told the child’s mother, Paige Dishong, "she hopes her daughter dies."

Dishong called the misdemeanor charges against Scott "ridiculous"

Scott was charged with misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct

Dishong was also in court this week for assault, disorderly conduct, and obstructing official business

She pleaded not guilty
