20250423 Day 1109 Part-2

Post-Conditioning Pressing & Accessories

I began with 5x sets of Incline Dumbbell Press. After some bands and ramp up sets I did heavy doubles for my working sets

Following the doubles I did 5x Incline Dumbbell Press Down Sets in the 7-10 rep range for more volume

Next, for an accessory I did 5x sets of Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises for direct shoulder work. These were 10+ reps a set, the last few sets to concentric failure

To finish, I did 5x sets of regular, old fashioned pushups, 20+ reps with short rest periods for intensification and training density
