Police Help Cut Bike Lock

Info from Licensor: "This lock worked too well, I couldn’t unlock it! In this video, I was completely stuck and needed heavy-duty steel cutters to free my bike. I called the firefighters, but they declined to come. Then I ran into a police officer, and they were able to help me out. What a lifesaver."
