Earth is burning. The Reapers have taken over, and other civilizations are falling like dominoes. Lead the final fight to save humanity and take back Earth from these terrifying machines, Commander Shepard. You’ll need backup for these battles. Recruit team members and forge new alliances, but be prepared to say goodbye at any time as partners make the ultimate sacrifice. In this playthrough we cover:

Act 3:
After securing Krogan support for the Turians to get their support for Earth, a major insurrection is discovered that shakes the status quo of the war. After surviving that, Shepard must once again attempt to end one of the longest-standing cold wars in the galaxy between the Quarians and Geth.

Attican Traverse: Krogan Team:
Shepard investigates a missing Krogan team on Utukku, accompanied by Grunt. Deep in the Reaper-infested tunnels, Shepard fights through Ravagers, Husks, and Harvesters to locate the missing scouts, who turn out to be part of Grunt’s Rachni-hunting squad. They encounter a cloned Rachni Queen, manipulated by the Reapers. Shepard chooses to kill the Queen to prevent further Reaper corruption. Despite heavy losses, Grunt survives and heroically emerges from the hive, bloodied but alive.

Priority: The Citadel II:
Following the events on Tuchanka, the Citadel is rocked by a surprise Cerberus assault led by rogue Spectre Commander Kai Leng. Shepard fights through the ambush to reach the Council, but Leng escapes after attempting to assassinate the Salarian Councilor. Thane intervenes to stop him, suffering fatal injuries in the process. Later, he dies in the hospital with his son Kolyat and Shepard by his side, delivering a final prayer. Udina is revealed as a Cerberus traitor and is killed by Shepard to prevent him from assassinating the Council. The betrayal deeply shakes the Citadel’s leadership, and the Council begins taking Cerberus far more seriously as a threat.

Citadel Excursion 3:
Shepard continues tying up tasks and spending time with squadmates on the Citadel. Side encounters offer light breaks from the war, deepening bonds with the crew and reinforcing morale.

Citadel: Medi-Gel Sabotage:
Shepard investigates a hanar diplomat’s suspicious activity and uncovers a plot to sabotage Citadel medical supplies. Through careful investigation and scanning terminals, Shepard thwarts the sabotage effort, securing medical aid for the war effort.

Citadel: Inspirational Stories:
A reporter is gathering footage to inspire civilians and troops. Shepard chooses to support the message by providing encouraging soundbites, boosting the Alliance’s morale and war readiness.

Citadel: Cerberus Automated Turret Schematics:
Shepard retrieves critical Cerberus turret schematics during a mission and delivers them to C-Sec. The data helps bolster Citadel defenses in anticipation of further Cerberus attacks.

Arrae: Ex-Cerberus Scientists:
Shepard travels to the Arrae system to rescue defecting Cerberus scientists and reunites with former squadmate Jacob Taylor, who now helps protect the group. Jacob plays a key leadership role in defending the researchers from Cerberus forces, and Shepard assists in repelling a final attack involving a Cerberus Atlas mech. After securing the area, the scientists—including Jacob—are safely extracted, and their technical knowledge becomes a valuable asset to the Crucible project.
