We're at 100 Subs! Let's gooooo! Today we have a staple 800m workout at this time of year. We are doing 2 x (4 x 300m). Eventually, this will turn into (6 x 300... 2 x 300m), and finally 8 x 300m. From my experience, it's these workouts that I get the most bang for my buck for getting into 800m shape.
