TRADING IS A NUMBERS GAME

The logic is every trade you take is part of a sample of trade which you take within a given period. Since we are unable to determine exactly the sequence of wins and losses in any given set of a trading sample, we ought to remain consistent in pertaking all trades that conform to our trading strategy. So why be emotional detached to an outcome of a single trade while knowing that out of a given sample of trades, you will emerge a net winner. Why?
