I Want My CBDC

From the album “TRUTH”.

They told us it would be better.

Cleaner than cash. Smarter than credit.
Safe, trackable, efficient.
A currency for the future.

But that future came with a cost.

Central banks and digital architects, backed by unelected planners and data barons, built a system where money no longer served the people—it served the code.
Every transaction monitored.
Every behavior scored.

At first, it felt like progress.
Scan your face, tap your phone, earn credits for good behavior.
But programmable money meant full control:
What you buy.
When you buy.
Whether you're allowed to buy.

No courts. No appeals.
Just a silent lockout.

One wrong word, one misstep, account frozen.
No access. No options. No way out.

People adjusted.
They complied.
They stopped asking questions.

Because obedience was rewarded,
and freedom was no longer affordable.

This song begins when the illusion breaks.
when the truth is laid bare:
the system that promised convenience was built for control.

This is the warning.
This is I Want My CBDC.
