He is risen! Was the theme of our service on Easter Sunday with a focus on what the real message of Easter is. In our society today, everything is done with alternative celebrations for what Easter really is, with Easter bunnies, eggs and Easter cakes, etc. Can you imagine what it was like during the last supper for Jesus and the disciples with Easter cakes on the tables, eggs and lots of candy with rabbits jumping around under the tables... but it wasn't really like that. No, they ate the Easter lamb, the picture of Jesus as the Lamb of God who takes away all sin. Be inspired and share today's message with others.
