Welcome to your 15 minute morning yoga flow. This class is designed to gently wake up your body, release any tension from sleep, and help you start your day with clarity and calm.

We’ll move mindfully, connect with the breath, and create space for energy and intention.

Asanas include Sukhasana, Seated Cat Cow, Tabletop, Thread the Needle, Downward Facing Dog, Three-Legged Dog, Low Lunge, Runner’s Lunge, Uttanasana, Wide-legged Child’s Pose, Seated Pigeon, Half Lord of the Fishes and Supta Baddha Konasana. We’ll also flow through a couple of Vinyasas.
