One of the most left leaning states in America, Minnesota, files bill HF3219 to designate mRNA injections as biological weapons of mass destruction.

HF3219 invokes § 609.712 — the state bioweapons statute.

If passed, there will be criminal penalties for possession, distribution, or failure to investigate.

The classification as a bioweapon removes liability shields & protections.
