School Bus Honks Horn at Car to Protect Children

Info from Licensor: "In the video, the horn you hear is from the school bus driver. Fatal school bus incidents had been on the news all week. The bus driver threw out the stop sign and switched to red flashers as the car began to pass the stopped bus with yellow flashers. It's unclear if the car driver stopped because of the stop sign or if the driver spotted the police car behind the bus."
