What was the most energy wasting time of your life?

Lying down on my bed, staring at the ceiling for hours, and muddled in my own thoughts.

Sometimes it’s good for me to do that because I’m letting my mind free, I can have happy thoughts, and reflect. But on the other side, it can lead to overthinking. It’s a double-edged sword.

Overthinking takes a lot of our time and energy, which can result in anxiety, depression, and not being able to function properly. So here are some of the things that we can do to get out of the rut:

⚈ You won’t have a bad day when you dance crazily to your favorite jam!
⚈ Exercise, just move your body!

⚈ Talk to your loved ones
⚈ Journaling (write down all of your thoughts or use journaling prompts)
⚈ Meditating
⚈ Accepting and surrender to the Universe, but also remember to take
actions too!
