Description: Yo, what’s up, everyone! Today’s workout was all about TRICEPS and CHEST 💪—but with a heavy emphasis on growing those triceps to balance out my upper body. I may have slept in a little (whoops), so my schedule got thrown off, but I still made it happen.

Started off strong with overhead cable tricep extensions and tricep pushdowns, both using the rope attachment. Gotta dial in that technique and really get the most out of it! Then moved into chest, keeping it focused on machine press and flies—those presses absolutely DESTROYED me today. Not sure what was different, but my chest was absolutely cooked after just three sets.

Finished things off with some ab supersets and dips because, well, why not? Gotta keep that core locked in. Pose-down at the end wasn’t exactly thrilling, but hey, progress is progress. Lighting wasn’t helping me much, but we’re still pushing forward!

Tomorrow? LEG DAY. Thinking about hitting hamstrings first, then moving on to quads—might even test out the abductor machine for the first time. Stay tuned for that!
