The Adjutant General reports to Governor unless the National Guard have been Federalized by Title 10.

The only person who can Federalize the National Guard to Active-Duty is the President, via Title 10.

The same Title 10 ALL of us Veterans and current soldiers raised our right hands and took an Oath to, Section §502, at the end of MEPs.

There’s a 2023 NYNG Report of the Soldiers on Duty in the Subways; there’s zero Title 31 Order from Governor Hochul.

The ONLY order in place: Executive Order 13912.

The troop count went from 2,823 to 8,200.

In Feb. 2024, 14 states deployed to Texas.

President Trump was the ONLY President to appear at the border.
