(opinion) BG3 is something that should be learned from, but it won't be

I'm a bit bad at getting my ideas out verbally but I hope you get the gist of what I'm saying.
BG3 should be a learning experience, but the big publishes would rather chase the pipe dream of the next big live service then make games that the developers want to make. It is mostly a result of looking more for things they think will work long term only to either release them too late or be out done by a game that cost a fraction to make.
