A terrorist attack in Kashmir's Pahalgam has killed at least 27 tourists and injured several others. Two or three attackers reportedly entered a valley near the town and opened fire at the tourists gathered there. Indian prime minister Modi has condemned the attack and vowed to "not spare" the perpetrators. How should India respond to this attack? Why did the terrorists strike now? Palki Sharma tells you.
