Controversy Over NDAs and Delegate Lists for Georgia GOP Candidates

During the Georgia GOP county convention, delegates are selected for district and state conventions, and candidates for executive board positions are supposed to receive delegate lists simultaneously to begin campaigning. However, delays in releasing the delegate lists have raised concerns. Candidates are also being asked to sign a nine-page non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with a corporation, despite these being volunteer roles with no clear job descriptions. This requirement is seen as intimidating, manipulative, and an interference in the election process. Critics are urged to highlight this perceived corruption, linking it to RNC Chairman Michael Whatley, who will attend the 9th District convention. Additionally, Brian K. Pritchard (BKP) discussed community outreach with Derrick Allen of Revive the Community, focusing on engaging minority communities in Georgia.

When we have our county convention the district and state delegates are picked for the respective conventions. Once all the delegates are compiled. The candidates for the executive boards are given the list of delegates at the same time to start campaigning. WE have been waiting for the delegate list, in the meantime the candidates are to sign the NDA. Everytime the candidates ask for the NDA. Keep in mind that all these positions are volunteer positions. Why would they enter into an agreement with a corporation that they are not a member of or don’t have a job description, why would they sign a 9 page agreement. This is intimidating, manipulation, and interference of an election.
We need to be tagging all this corruption to RNC Michael Whatley who will be in the 9th district convention this Friday.
