Pour some water into a wok pan and place a heat-resistant container inside.

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate Base
- Add 30g unsalted butter to the container
- Melt over medium-low heat
- Once the butter is melted, add:
- 40g milk
- 50g compound dark chocolate
- Stir gently until the chocolate is fully melted
- Add 65g sugar and stir lightly to create a smooth, watery chocolate sauce
- Turn off the heat, let it cool slightly, then transfer to a glass bowl

Step 2: Prepare the Batter
- Add 2 eggs
- About 2 pinches of salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- A few drops of vanilla flavor
- Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined and the baking powder is no longer visible

Step 3: Sift & Combine Dry Ingredients
- Sift together:
- 80g cake flour
- 8g cocoa powder
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a whisk
- Start slowly, then mix more boldly once the consistency becomes smoother

- Repeat for remaining batter
