The side of autism the media isn’t talking about ⬇️

Sec Kennedy stated that about 25% of kids with autism are severe. Still, the media seems to be ignoring that 25%, effectively erasing the experiences of kids like Michael whose autism is a lifelong sentence “trapped in the prism of autism.”

It is unacceptable to dismiss those with profound autism just because their stories don’t fit your reality or expectation of what autism looks like.
