Recipe for Banana Nutsicle

8 oz milk chocolate
4 bananas
½ cup finely chopped peanuts
¼ cup coconut, flaked
8 sticks (popsicle or the like)
Melt chocolate and pour into shallow bowl. Peel bananas and cut each in half crosswise. Insert stick in each banana half. Place nuts and coconut on wax paper. Roll banana first in the melted chocolate, then in nuts and coconut. Set on lined cookie sheet. Freeze solid. Makes 8
